Guests of our company may only enter and leave via the path on the left in front of the railway underpass !!! The approach by car and bicycle is only allowed by following the signs to our guest house.

Under no circumstances may hotel guests use the access route via the neighboring property (driving ban) !!!

 

We ask you to speak to a reasonable volume in front of the house and in the house so that the neighbors and other guests are not disturbed in their well-being.

 

Smoking is prohibited in the entire house. Smokers have the opportunity to enjoy a cigarette in front of the entrance area and in the garden.

 

Breakfast is available between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

For example, if you want to sleep longer after a party and cancel your breakfast the day before, the room price is reduced. If you have not signed off from breakfast and have not come to breakfast by 10 a.m., the room rate remains unchanged despite the fact that breakfast is not served.

 

Damage caused by the guest and other damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. The room is available to you until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please allow us to take a look into the vacated room before you leave.

 

Reserved rooms are available from 4 p.m. at the latest. The keys can be handed over and luggage can be deposited earlier. If a booked room is not occupied by 6 p.m. and no later arrival has been agreed, the room can be rented to other guests. 

 

The desired accommodation of dogs is only possible with express consent and must be announced when the room is reserved. Under no circumstances may dogs that give us the impression that they are dangerous stay in the guest house - for the safety of the other guests. If dogs are in the room without registration and / or consent, the rental agreement is deemed to be terminated with immediate effect - the cancellation costs incurred are to be borne by the tenant. We charge a surcharge for accommodating a dog.
